1890
,
rebuilt
and
repaired
several
times
because
of
floods
and
ice
jams
.
After
this
temporary
bridge
was
washed
out
,
it
was
rebuilt
with
concrete
peirs
in
1905
.
Later
a
section
of the
wooden
part
collapsed
when
a
train
went
off
the
tracks
in
March
,
1912
